I have had a professional relationship with Rainbow Bay Realty since 2003. Specifically, I have purchased a property marketed by RBR in 2003, purchased another property marketed by RBR in 2010, and have utilised the RBR property management service since 2010.

During the purchase of the two properties the RBR staff (Lenny McLennan for one property purchase) were very strong advocates for their client (the seller) but also highly professional, hard working and fair when negotiating with me (the purchaser). I'm glad to hear the tenancy is going well, and I would like tenancy to continue if the current tenant is happy to renew lease. I was hoping to maybe renovate the bathroom at some point in the future, but there is no rush or timeframe on that plan at this stage. I don't want to inconvenience the tenant, more so provide tenants/prospective tenants with an additional level of comfort.
